Our outside sales reps spend a great deal of their time in front of our true customer, the end user. The most effective sales approach includes spending time at the end user specifying products, conducting tests, measuring results, and continually following up so that we may show additional cost savings with actual users of the products we promote. We constantly work closely with our distributors to penetrate new end user opportunities and support the business before, during, and after the sale.
