We continually communicate with our manufacturer partners about territory activity, industry/market trends, competition, service or quality issues, acquisitions and mergers, success stories, lead/quote follow ups, pricing issues, and other information that our manufacturers need to be better equipped to make strategic decisions. In addition, currently we sit on the panel of several Rep Councils and Strategy Groups. We firmly believe that regular communication is crucial to our success.
