We provide outsourced sales representation, wholesale distribution, and warehousing/logistics to industry leading manufacturers servicing industrial, construction, and welding markets.
Our core territory includes the Southern and Central Regions of the United States, serviced by (3) Inside Sales Reps and (10) experienced Territory Sales Managers living and working in their respective territories.
- Focus on a smaller, more manageable number of complementary manufacturers so that we may dedicate the proper resources needed to be successful long term.
- Support our manufacturer and distributor partners at the end user. More than 50% of our time in the field is spent promoting and specifying our product lines at the end user level.
- Add value to our manufacturer and distributor partnerships by providing a variety of sales and warehousing programs that best fit their needs.

Manufacturer Representative | Stocking Agent
Provide outsourced sales and marketing on behalf of our manufacturer partner. The manufacturer also utilizes CRK’s warehousing capabilities to better service our customers. Individual manufacturer terms and conditions apply, however, all orders ship from the CRK warehouse whenever possible. Our inventory is consigned inventory, owned by the manufacturer. We are their Texas Warehouse.
Manufacturer Representative | Industrial Wholesale
Provide a wholesale distributor program on behalf of manufacturer partner selling ONLY to qualified distributors. CRK is the vendor of a variety of complementary/non-competing products lines providing local inventory, no minimum orders, vendor consolidation, quick shipments, and the ability to promptly handle small orders and smaller distributor opportunities. This program is referred to as “CRK Wholesale” and we’ve been offering this service since 1979.
Warehousing/Logistics
Provide local warehousing, fulfillment, and customer service on behalf of our manufacturer partner. With this program, CRK is not the sales agency for the manufacturer, however, the manufacturer utilizes CRK’s warehousing and customer service capabilities to better service their customers locally. Our inventory is consigned inventory, owned by the manufacturer. We are their Texas Warehouse. In most cases, their distributor customers already have an established relationship with CRK through one or more of the other services we offer. This program is referred to as “CRK Logistics” and we’ve been offering this service since 2001.
